Welcome to the Stone Age, a time of extreme danger and limitless adventure, when giant mammoths and sabertooth tigers ruled the Earth, and humanity is at the bottom of the food chain. As the last survivor of your hunting group, you will learn to craft a deadly arsenel, fend off fierce predators, and outsmart enemy tribes to conquer the land of Oros and become the Apex Predator.

The game is set during the beginning of the Mesolithic period, almost 12,000 years before present, in the fictional land of Oros, an open world filled with wildlife such as mammoth and saber-toothed cats. Survival is a daily challenge as tribes come into conflict with one another and nature. Players take on the role of a hunter named Takkar (Elias Toufexis), who is stranded in Oros-a valley that once was cover with snow- with no weapons or resources after his hunting party is ambushed. Takkar, using his newfound skill of taming animals, will eventually rise to power and lead his own tribe. 

Far Cry Primal will be available on PlayStation 4, XBOX One, and PC, coming out 23.02.2016 (PC: March 2016).
